We come to you!

We are based in Lewisburg WV and travel often. We will set up in your dance studio to create beautiful images and make them available to you and available for purchase to parents. Together we’ll create a schedule that works best for you and your dancers. We generally plan a schedule for 1-2 days depending on the number of dancers, groups, and costumes. We will photograph each group, then individual photos. We generally spend 1-2 minutes with each dancer per costume/group. We work efficiently while ensuring that each dancer gets their time to shine! The dancers always have so much fun having their talents captured!
After the photo day, we will send you a link to the Online Gallery in 1-2 weeks to be shared with participants/parents. Parents will have the option to purchase prints and digitals right from the gallery. We will schedule a photo delivery day 1-2 weeks after the gallery closes. On delivery day we will hand deliver (or mail if over 1 hour from our studio) all printed photos to your studio for parent pickup. In the gallery, you’ll personally have the option to select your 30 favorite images and we will retouch and send you a download link so that you have those images to use as you please!
There is absolutely no cost to the dance studio, and there is no upfront cost for dancers and their parents.* Parents have no obligation to purchase, although parents always fall in love with the images we create. Prints and Digitals start at $20 for participants.
*For dance studios with under 60 dancers/participants we offer a prepaid option for dancers/participants.
Recital Coverage, Photo & Video
Recital Videography and Photography coverage is priced at $25-40 per dancer (this is priced on a sliding scale, the price will be lower for a greater number of participants and higher for less participants). Each purchase includes a flash drive of the professionally filmed and edited Recital video and online gallery link to download all live photos from the Recital. The dance studio will receive a copy of all photos/video at no cost. We prefer to photograph/film on the night of Rehearsal whenever possible so that we have greater flexibility on where we can set up cameras/tripods.

Can I share images I don’t choose to purchase?
All images purchased/chosen as a print also comes with a matching image to share to Facebook/save to your phone. That way you’ll have all your favorite images in print and to share!
How do I view/choose my photos after the session?
After your session we’ll send you an online gallery link in 2-3 weeks. If an album was included in your collection you’ll also receive an album proof. You’ll have 30 days to choose your images for printing and your album. Additional photos can be purchased all within the online gallery at your convenience.
Do you design the album layout or do we pick what goes in it?
We’ll design a layout that tells the story of your session. From here, you can request any changes through our album portal (I promise it’s super easy!). Album orders are placed on the next business day and generally arrive to you within 1 week.
Why are digital files priced similarly to prints?
I want my clients to lean towards choosing prints rather than JUST digital files. I want my clients to have the best of the best when it comes to quality prints and albums. The products we offer can only be purchased from a professional print lab. We cannot guarantee print quality of images printed outside of our lab. We want to ensure that our clients’ gorgeous images don’t end up on a flash drive in a drawer never to be printed. Your memories DESERVE to be printed and displayed beautifully! <3
How can I book?
Email or call and we’ll get you scheduled! We require a $300 reservation fee to save your session date, the rest can be paid closer to the session date. If you choose the $300 Petite Collection, you’re all set paid in full! If you choose the $500 Standard or higher, your remaining balance will be due 3 days before your session. You’ll receive an email reminder with a payment link.
